Privacy Policy

All-Timers is a sports drafting game published by AWE Industries (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what data the game collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website at alltimersgame.com and the All-Timers iOS and Android apps.

All-Timers is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, or any team. Player names and statistics are used as factual historical information.

You can play All-Timers without an account. If you create one to save progress, compete on leaderboards, or play with friends, we collect:

• Account info — your email address and display name, provided directly or through Sign in with Apple or Google.
• Game activity — the rosters you draft, scores, records, leaderboard and league standings, challenges, and friend connections.
• Purchases — whether you bought the Remove Ads upgrade. Card and payment details are handled entirely by the relevant app store, Stripe, or RevenueCat. We never see or store your card number.
• Notifications — a device push token, only if you opt in to notifications.
• Usage and device data — anonymous, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, events, approximate region, device type) and standard technical logs.
• Advertising data — if you see ads, our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect a device advertising identifier and similar data to serve and measure ads. Buying Remove Ads turns ads off.

• Run the game: save your progress, rank leaderboards, and power leagues, challenges, and friends.
• Send notifications you opt into (game results, league reminders).
• Process the Remove Ads purchase and apply it to your account.
• Show and measure ads for players who have not removed them.
• Understand usage in aggregate so we can improve the game.
• Keep the service secure and prevent cheating or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising outside of the in-game ads described above.

We share data only with the providers that run the game on our behalf:

• Supabase — account, database, and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous web analytics.
• Apple & Google — Sign in with Apple / Google sign-in.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
• Google AdMob — advertising (for players who see ads).
• Stripe & RevenueCat — payment processing for purchases.
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. league reminders).

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose of operating All-Timers.

• Delete your account— open your Profile in the app and use “Delete Account.” This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
• Notifications — turn them off anytime in the app or your device settings. Emails include an unsubscribe link.
• Access or correction — email us to access or correct your data.
• Advertising — buy Remove Ads, or reset your device advertising identifier in your device settings.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict use of your data. Email us to exercise them.

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data, except where we must keep limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be retained.

All-Timers is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app.
